Behance & Dribble

I have started my website about 4 or 5 times in an attempt to create an online portfolio of my work. I didn't think there were other places for me to accurately display what I was doing in my classes and what I was creating. I have constantly gotten frustrated and started over again and again. On top of that, I always said I would be consistent and never was. I wanted my portfolio to just come to life on it's own. I still do in a way. Plus, I never felt like I had the time. That was my problem with the entire designedly curiosity process. I could whole-heartedly dedicate myself to a project and work on it for hours on end. But doing something that isn’t due until the end of the semester early on is so not my thing.

I heard about Dribble and Behance and what they offer and was intrigued. Could this be the thing I had been looking for all along? A way to display my work without the frustration of trying to create a perfect website?

Yes and no. I still suck at maintaining and keeping my work u-to-date. Seriously, if you look at my Dribble and Behance right now, there is next to nothing on them. Why am I like this? The world may never know. I'm trying though. Over Christmas break, I am forcing myself to sit down and upload all of my work from this semester. I'm going to work on my website because I still maintain it is a good way to showcase what I can do.

Design Taxi

Design Taxi is a blog that has really confused me over the course of the semester. It is a unique blog that doesn’t just give design tips...
